Research reveals that excess calcium in milk and other foods can increase the risk of certain types of cancer. In particular, it can increase the risk of prostate cancer by about 30 to 50 percent in men.

It is also known that the sugar content in milk is associated with a higher risk of ovarian cancer in women. Although further research is needed, it is known that growth hormone given to cows has a high chemical content and can increase the risk of cancer.

Triggers Allergic Reactions

Milk allergy is common in both adults and children. Consuming milk can trigger an allergic reaction if you are sensitive to milk or other processed products.
